Digital Marketing, Design, & Web Development Specialist

About the Role

Gobel Group seeks to expand our internal marketing team by adding someone skilled in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design and Web Design/Development. This person will have primary responsibilities in implementing a digital marketing strategy, creating all needed Graphic Design pieces – both print and digital – and also making all updates to the company website which is built in the WordPress content management system. This includes overall navigation flow, layout of specific pages, and creation of individual graphic elements.


  • Must be experienced in WordPress (CSS & HTML)
  • Must be experienced in Google Analytics & Google AdWords
  • Must be experienced with SEO and PPC
  • Must be experienced in the Adobe Suite of Programs (Photoshop, etc.)
  • Must be experienced using the Microsoft Office Suite
  • HubSpot experience preferred
  • College degree in web design, graphic design, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Must have the ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects
  • Must be extremely organized
  • Must be a problem solver and creative thinker
  • Must have strong communication skills and a high attention to detail
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure


  • Coordinate with the rest of the marketing team to determine strategy and implementation plans
  • Redesign website and perform ongoing updates
  • Monitor website progress via Google Analytics and adjust as-needed
  • Ensure that all connections between website and CRM are flowing smoothly
  • Create and implement an SEO plan
  • Create and implement a PPC plan
  • Create all needed print and digital design pieces including materials for events, images for PPTs, graphics for social media, infographics, product flyers, company brochures, etc.
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet deadlines, quality standards, and business requirements
  • Be prepared to create and present regular progress reports to upper management
  • Identify key challenges and develop appropriate solutions
  • Stay abreast with latest developments in research tools and techniques

There is opportunity for broad exposure to a variety of different areas in healthcare philanthropy throughout the position’s tenure. The starting salary for this position is between $40,000 and $50,000 annually, depending on experience.
