TUCSON, AZ – Gobel Group is excited to announce Tucson Medical Center (TMC) will become one of the first hospitals to implement Gobel’s GRACE (GRAtitude with Compassion and Empathy) program in its 600+ bed, regional hospital serving Southern Arizona.

The GRACE program was created to help clinical and administrative staff strengthen patient interaction, build greater compassion and empathy, and recognize how patients and families express gratitude.

In addition to elevating bed-side manner, the multi-faceted program is intended to enhance patient satisfaction scores and spur philanthropic support.

“This is a meaningful opportunity to showcase the strong connection between philanthropy and overall patient experience,” said Julie Wolfe-Beadle, the TMC Foundation director of major gifts. “We believe the GRACE program will build on TMC’s patient care focus, and encourage charitable participation from patients and the community.”

The GRACE program has been developed in partnership between Gobel Group and leading academicians David Victorson, Ph.D. and Robert Emmons, Ph.D. For more information about GRACE, please contact ussign up for Gobel Group updates, and review our recent press release.
