$10M+ healthcare gifts in March 2026:
- The Broad Institute celebrated a $280M donation from The Stanley Family Foundation. The gift, which brings the foundation’s total support of Broad to over $1B, supports the Stanley Center for Psychiatric Research.
- Mayo Clinic announced a $75M donation from The Grainger Family. The gift supports the Bold. Forward. Unbound. Campaign and names the Grainger Building, scheduled to open in 2028.
- Mass General Brigham received an anonymous $50M donation. The gift advances clinical research at the Mass General Brigham Cancer Institute and across the system, supporting the development of treatments with cancer and other diseases.
- The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) celebrated a $40M CAD donation from the Labatt Family. The donation supports pediatric mental healthcare access and names The Labatt Family Thriving Minds Program.
- UT Southwestern Medical Center and Children’s Health announced a $15M donation from Energy Transfer. The gift supports construction of the pediatric campus in the Southwestern Medical District.
- Cal State Monterey Bay received a $15M donation from Montage Health. The gift names and supports The Montage Health Helen Baszucki School of Nursing.
- Ivy Tech Bloomington announced an over $10M joint contribution from IU Health Foundation and Connie and Steve Ferguson. The donation allows Ivy Tech Bloomington to expand enrollment and provide additional support for the nursing program.
- Sutter Health received a $10M donation from Ted and Pamala Deikel. The gift established the Deikel Family Pediatric and Neonatal Transport Program.
- Penn Medicine celebrated a $10M donation from Jeffrey and Cynthia King. The gift established the King Center for Lynch Syndrome.
- Tampa General Hospital announced a $10M donation from Ian and Jean MacKechnie. The gift created the Ian & Jean MacKechnie Immunotherapy lab, part of the TGH Cancer Institute, and supports the Taneja Surgical, Neuroscience & Transplant Tower.
- The University of Mississippi Medical Center celebrated a $10M donation from The Bower Foundation. The gift supports construction of UMMC’s Cancer Center and Research Institute.
- East Carolina University celebrated a $10M gift from The Brody Family. The donation names and supports the Brody Center for Medical Education and expands medical scholarships.
- MedStar Georgetown University Hospital announced a $10M donation from The Robert & Lynda Carter Altman Family Foundation. The donation created The Robert A. Altman Center for Surgical Education.
- Providence Mission Hospital received a $10M gift from Kathy Williams. The donation named the Kathy Williams Family Health Center in Rancho Mission Viejo, CA.
