GOBEL and ALG’s first partnership program is called “Accelerate.” By combining the talents of both companies, Accelerate will provide clients with a solution to: (1) place a GOBEL consultant into a new or open position in an interim capacity; (2) assign an ALG consultant to begin a search; (3) link GOBEL’s insight from its interim role to support ALG’s efforts in finding the best candidates; (4) and utilize GOBEL and ALG resources to support successful candidates’ onboarding and first year’s work through a combined set of training, coaching, and mentoring experiences.
