ROSANNA MATUCAN CARSON, VICE PRESIDENT & CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER

In 2021, Gobel Group was honored to deepen relationships with existing clients and support them as they achieved new heights in their philanthropic goals, as well as gain the trust of new clients in the healthcare industry and bolster their endeavors.

Gobel’s success in producing results for its clients has catalyzed tremendous growth in staff and demand for new services. Last year, the company hired 25 seasoned professionals to the team. Another 30 positions and four new services are expected to come online in 2022 to provide even more avenues to clients who seek to maximize their impact through the power of philanthropy. As the company elevates to new levels, Gobel has expanded its C-suite with seasoned leadership.

The latest addition is Rosanna Matucan-Carson as Vice President & Chief People Officer. As Chief People Officer, she will lead the strategy for retaining and attracting top talent to the organization. Matucan-Carson will guide Gobel through the ongoing, rapid growth, evolving the culture of Gobel with the expanding team while maintaining the company’s core values and dedication to providing clients with excellent service and expertise.

“Fostering Gobel’s culture of excellent service and reputation of client trust is vital to our growth,” said Chad Gobel, Founder and CEO. “We are thrilled to have Rosanna’s level of professionalism and leadership with us to keep our staff strong and connected to our mission while we expand.”

Matucan-Carson joins Gobel with an extensive background in human resources leadership at major national brands including Sykes, Bonefish Grill, Bausch & Lomb and Blockbuster Video. Before Gobel, she was the Head of Human Resources for Romark, L.C., a Tampa-based global pharmaceutical company. Matucan-Carson holds an MBA from DeVry University’s Keller Graduate School of Management; a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Development from Chapman University; and is SPHR, GPHR and SHRM-SCP certified.

“It’s exciting to join Gobel in the midst of these major developments. I look forward to fostering our current talent and recruiting new professionals to our portfolio of expertise,” Matucan-Carson said.
